Please include the following information to help us resolve your issue quickly:

  1. Request ID - Found in the requestId field of error responses

  2. Timestamp - When the error occurred (UTC preferred)

  3. Endpoint - The full URL you were calling

  4. HTTP Method - GET, POST, etc.

  5. Request Body - For POST requests (remove sensitive data)

  6. Response - The full error response you received

  7. Expected Behavior - What you expected to happen
